⅔ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Flour
½ cup Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 Apples

½ cup Butter (or shortening)
2 cups Flavored Yogurt (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish. Wash hands with warm water and soap Using a small knife and cutting board, dice the apples (peel if desired). Arrange fruit in the dish.
Combine brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl. In a small-microwave-safe bowl, soften ½ cup butter (or shortening for dairy-free) in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add the butter to the topping and combine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the topping over the fruit. Bake until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is tender, about 30 minutes.
Divide into 4 bowls and serve warm with ½ cup yogurt (omit yogurt for dairy-free) per serving. Makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
