Ingredients

Pantry

  • ½ cup Peanuts (optional)

  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges

  • ½ bag Wonton Strips

Fridge and Freezer

  • ½ cup Asian Dressing

  • 1 bag Shredded Cabbage

  • 4 Green Onions

  • 8-oz Cooked Chicken

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. Open and drain the oranges. Wash, dry, and chop the green onions, discarding the roots and any wilted parts. If using the peanuts, roughly chop.

  2. Heat the chicken, if desired, in a microwave-safe bowl 1 minute at a time until hot. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

  3. Toss the cabbage with ½ cup Asian salad dressing. Top with oranges, chicken, peanuts (if using), green onion, and wontons. This recipe makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

*Omit the peanuts to make this recipe peanut-free.
