Ingredients

Pantry

  • 4 Russet Potatoes

  • 1 Lemon

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

Fridge and Freezer

  • 1 cup Tartar Sauce

  • 4 Tilapia Filets, thawed

  • 1 bag Frozen Peas

  • ¼ cup Butter (optional)

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry the produce.

  2. Cut the potatoes into fries. Toss the fries with a little oil and lay on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.

  3. Heat 2 tbs butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Toast the breadcrumbs in the butter, stirring occasionally, until golden. Skip this step if you are making the recipe dairy-free.

  4. Season the tilapia with salt and pepper, and spread the tops with a little tartar sauce. Sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs and press to adhere (always wash hands before and after handling raw seafood).

  5. Add the tilapia to the pan with the fries and bake for another 20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the fries are golden.

  6. Meanwhile, add the peas to a microwave safe bowl with 2 tbs butter (omit for dairy free) and a little water. Microwave, covered, until heated through, 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Serve fish with fries, peas, and tartar sauce. This recipe makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

*To make this recipe dairy-free, omit the butter.
