Ingredients

Pantry

  • 3 cups Oats

  • 3 Bananas

  • ½ cup Brown Sugar

  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 1 tsp Rum Flavoring

Fridge and Freezer

  • 1 ½ cups Milk

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 tbs Butter

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch baking pan.

  2. In a bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

  3. Peel one banana and mash it in a medium bowl. Peel and slice the other two bananas. Stir milk blend and 2 eggs into the mashed banana. Stir in the oat blend and mix well. Pour into the prepared pan.

  4. In a small saucepan, bring brown sugar and 2 tbs butter to a boil and stir until smooth to make a caramel sauce. Remove from heat. Arrange sliced bananas on top of oatmeal mixture and pour caramel sauce over the top.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the oatmeal is set and the bananas look caramelized. (If your oatmeal is done but the bananas don't look caramelized, broil for 1-2 minutes under the broiler). This recipe makes 6 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
