  • 8 slices of Sourdough (or GF bread)

  • 2 Tomatoes

Fridge and Freezer

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise (optional)

  • 1 package Bacon (or turkey bacon)

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes and pat dry.

  2. If using turkey bacon, follow package instructions. Otherwise, lay bacon out on a baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels. Leave the oven on.

  3. Slice the tomatoes and pull the leaves off of the lettuce.

  4. Toast 8 slices of bread in the oven, then turn it off. Spread each piece of bread with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
