Blueberry Crisp

¼ cup Flour
2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
¼ cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
Fridge and Freezer
1 bag Frozen Blueberries
½ cup Butter or Shortening
2 cups Flavored Yogurt (optional)
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pan.
In a mixing bowl, cut butter (or shortening for dairy-free) into dry ingredients using a pastry blender or a fork until well-mixed and crumbly.
Pour blueberries into the pan and sprinkle the topping over the top.
Bake for about 25 minutes. Serve with yogurt (optional). This recipe makes 4 servings, each serving is about 1 cup. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
*To make this recipe dairy-free, substitute butter-flavored shortening for butter, and omit yogurt.
