Broccoli Alfredo Tortellini

1 tbs Pumpkin Spice
1 tsp Red Pepper

1 cup Milk
1 lb Frozen Broccoli
1 package Cheese Tortellini
1 tbs minced Garlic
1 cup Cream
1 cup Parmesan
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Peel and chop the onion. Steam broccoli according to package instructions.
Bring a large pot of water to boiling over high heat. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, reserving ¼ cup of pasta water when draining.
Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the onion and cook for a few minutes, until softened. Add the garlic and as much of the pumpkin spice and red pepper as you like and cook for 2 minutes, until fragrant.
Add the cream and 1 cup milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and turn heat to low.
Once cheese is melted add tortellini and broccoli, plus reserved pasta water. Stir to combine everything well and cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper and serve. This recipe makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
