1 lb Macaroni Pasta
Fridge and Freezer
1 ½ cup Milk
1 16-oz bag Frozen Broccoli
¼ cup Butter
1 cup Parmesan
8 oz Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat.
Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes. Add broccoli to pasta and cook for an additional 4 minutes, until broccoli is bright green and pasta is done.
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in flour to make a smooth paste, then whisk in the milk gradually until smooth. Stir until it thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese and parmesan.
Add the cheese sauce to the pasta and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Makes 6 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
