Ingredients

Pantry

  • 1 Tomato

  • 4 Russet Potatoes

  • 1 cup Pickles

  • ¼ Red Onion

  • 1 tbs All Purpose Spice Blend

Fridge and Freezer

  • 1 head Romaine

  • 1 lb Ground Beef, thawed

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup Catsup

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Grease a baking sheet. Wash and dry produce, Chop lettuce and tomato. Slice potatoes into fries. Chop about ¼ cup of the pickles. Chop ¼ of a red onion, reserving the rest, wrapped, in the fridge for later use.

  2. Toss fries in a little oil and season with spice blend. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet and bake until golden and crisp, about 20 minutes.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside.

  4. In a small bowl, make fry sauce by combining ¼ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup catsup, and the chopped pickles.

  5. To assemble the bowls, divide the fries into 4 bowls and top with ground beef. Drizzle with fry sauce and top with lettuce, tomato and red onion. This recipe makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
