Burgers and Corn on the Cob

8 Hamburger Buns
2 Tomatoes
Fridge and Freezer
½ cup Catsup
½ cup Mustard
½ cup Mayonnaise (optional)
8 Hamburger Patties, thawed
8 Cheddar Cheese Slices (optional)
1 head Green Lettuce
8 small ears Corn
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Wash lettuce and tomato and pat dry. Break some leaves off the lettuce and slice the tomato.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the corn on the cob for 3-5 minutes. Carefully remove the corn and keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the burgers and season with salt and pepper, if desired. When burgers are browned on one side, flip and top with cheese (optional). Heat burgers until cooked through.
Butter the corn on the cob, if desired, and season with salt and pepper. Serve burgers on buns with desired toppings, and corn on the side. Serves 8. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
