Cheeseburger Egg Pie

2 Bell Peppers
1 cup Baking Mix
Fridge and Freezer
1 lb Ground Beef, thawed
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
3 Eggs
1 cup Milk
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pan or pie plate. Wash and dry the bell peppers. Peel and chop the onion. Seed and chop the bell peppers.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef, bell pepper, and onion, stirring frequently, until beef is browned. Season with salt and pepper. Spread beef in prepared pan and top with cheese.
In a medium bowl, mix together the baking mix, 3 eggs, and 1 cup milk. Pour over the beef and cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut into 4 portions. This recipe makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
