Cheesy Beef Pasta
This Cheesy Beef Pasta is a hearty and flavorful one-pan meal, combining tender rotini pasta with seasoned ground beef, zucchini, and a rich spaghetti sauce. Topped with melty mozzarella, this dish is a comforting, family-friendly dinner that comes together quickly.

1 Onion
1 can Spaghetti Sauce
1 package Spaghetti Seasoning
1 lb Rotini Pasta
Fridge and Freezer
1 lb Ground Beef, thawed
1 tbs minced Garlic
1 Zucchini
1 8-oz bag Mozzarella
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Bring a large pot of water to boiling over high heat. Wash and dice the zucchini. Peel and chop the onion.
In a large skillet, cook beef, breaking into pieces, until browned over medium-high heat (350 degrees F in an electric skillet). Add onion, garlic and zucchini and continue to cook until vegetables are softened.
Cook the pasta in the boiling water according to package directions. Drain the pasta and add along with the sauce and seasoning to the skillet.
Stir in the cheese and cover until the cheese is melted. The recipe makes 8 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
