Cobb Salad

1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
Fridge and Freezer
½ cup Bacon Bits
½ cup Blue Cheese
4 Eggs
1 head Romaine Lettuce
2 Green Onions
1 cup Ranch Dressing
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Wash and dry the produce. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Chop the romaine. Remove the root ends and wilted bits of the green onions and chop.
Hard-boil 4 eggs using the video, cool, peel, and slice.
Divide lettuce between 4 serving bowls. Top the salad with 2 tbs ranch dressing, tomato bacon bits, blue cheese, and eggs. Sprinkle with green onion. Makes 4 salads. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours. If making ahead, don’t add the dressing until right before serving.
