Fish Tacos
Our Fish Tacos are a fresh and flavorful dish featuring seasoned, oven-baked tilapia served in warm corn tortillas with a creamy, zesty lime and hot sauce slaw. Topped with crumbled cotija cheese, these tacos offer a perfect balance of spice, tang, and crunch. A delicious and easy meal that's great for any taco night!

1 Lime
8 Corn Tortillas
1 packet Taco Seasoning
Fridge and Freezer
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
1 tbs Hot Sauce
½ cup Sour Cream
4 Tilapia Filets, thawed
½ cup Cotija Cheese
1 bag Cabbage
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Wash hands with soap and water. Wash, dry and halve the lime. Grease a large baking sheet.
Sprinkle the tilapia with taco seasoning, covering both sides of each strip. Place each piece of tilapia on the sheet and drizzle with oil. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine ⅓ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sour cream, the juice of the lime, and 1 tbs hot sauce. In a bowl, toss the shredded cabbage (as much as you like) with the sauce.
Heat the corn tortillas.
Place one filet of tilapia onto each corn tortilla. Top with dressed cabbage. Sprinkle cotija cheese over each taco and serve. 1 serving = 2 tacos. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
*Taco seasoning may contain gluten; check the ingredients. You can substitute 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp cumin.
