Garlic Ginger Ramen

2 packages Top Ramen

1 bag Frozen Stir-Fry Veggies
1 bunch Green Onions
1 tbs minced Ginger
1 tbs minced Garlic
1 lb Ground Beef, thawed
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat (350 degrees F in an electric skillet). Wash and slice the green onions. Brown ground beef. Drain fat from the skillet and pour into a heat-proof container, let cool, then discard.
Add 2 cups of water and the seasoning packet from the ramen to cooked beef and mix well. Add vegetables, ginger and garlic. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add the ramen noodles, reduce heat to low, and simmer 3 to 5 minutes until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Divide into 4 portions, about 1 ½ cups each and top with green onion. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
