Ingredients
Pantry
1 jar Pizza Sauce
1 can Pineapple
Fridge and Freezer
2 8-oz bag Mozzarella Cheese
1 package Canadian Bacon
1 cup Bacon Bits
2 balls Pizza Dough (or Gluten-Free Crusts)
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Bring the dough to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Grease 2 large baking sheets. Drain the pineapple.
If using gluten-free crusts, follow package instructions. Otherwise, on a lightly floured clean surface, spread the pizza dough using your hands or a rolling pin into 2 12-inch circles. Carefully move the crusts to the prepared pans.
Top the crusts with sauce, mozzarella, Canadian bacon, bacon pits, and pineapple.
Bake the pizzas on a baking sheet for about 20 minutes, rotating halfway through, or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
When the pizzas are done, cut each into 8 pieces and serve. Two pieces = 1 serving. The recipe makes 8 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
*Use a gluten-free pizza crust to make this recipe gluten-free.
