Ingredients

Pantry

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 2 cups White Rice

Fridge and Freezer

  • ½ cup Honey Mustard Dressing

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, thawed

  • 12 oz Green Beans

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Wash the green beans and break off the stems. Discard any that are wilted.

  2. Cook rice using a rice cooker or the video.

  3. Pour breadcrumbs into a shallow bowl. Brush chicken thighs with honey mustard. Dip chicken thighs into breadcrumbs and press to adhere (always wash hands before and after handling raw chicken).

  4. Arrange chicken on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.

  5. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and boil for 3-4 minutes, until bright green. Drain and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Serve chicken with rice and green beans on the side. The recipe makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

*The USDA recommends cooking chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
