Mexican Chorizo Potato Skillet

6 Red Potatoes
1 Bell Pepper
1 Onion
1 tbs All Purpose Spice Blend
Fridge and Freezer
1 lb Ground Turkey Chorizo, thawed
½ cup Salsa
4 servings Guacamole
1 bunch Green Onions
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Wash and dry the produce. Seed and chop the bell pepper. Peel and chop the onion. Chop the green onions. Dice the potatoes.
Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the potatoes, chorizo, and spice blend until meat is browned and potatoes are tender. Add the bell peppers and onion and cook until tender.
Divide into 4 bowls and top each with guacamole, salsa, and green onions. This recipe makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
