Ingredients

Pantry

  • ½ cup Cashews

  • 1 tbs Sesame Oil

  • 4 Flour Tortillas

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce

Fridge and Freezer

  • 1 bunch Green Onions

  • 1 lb Chicken tenders, thawed

  • 1 bag Shredded Cabbage

  • ¼ cup Hoisin Sauce

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. Wash, dry and chop the green onions, separating the white tops from the green bottoms. Chop the cashews.

  2. Heat a little oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. When done, transfer to a plate and keep warm.

  3. In the same skillet, heat a little more oil and cook the cabbage and the white bottoms of green onions. Stir in the soy sauce and the sesame oil and bring to a simmer. Add the chicken back to the skillet and heat through.

  4. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30-second bursts until heated through.

  5. Spread hoisin sauce on tortillas, top with chicken and cabbage, and sprinkle with cashews and green onions. This recipe makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
