One-Pan Chicken Alfredo

2 tbs Flour
1 tbs All Purpose Spice Blend
1 15-oz can Broth
1 lb Penne Pasta
Fridge and Freezer
1 lb Chicken tenders, thawed
1 lb Frozen Broccoli
1 cup Parmesan
3 cups Milk
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add flour, spice blend, broth, 2 cups of milk, and pasta to the skillet and stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Add water if it dried out before the pasta is cooked. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese until completely melted and combined.
Cook broccoli according to package instructions.
Serve broccoli on the side or stirred into the pasta. Makes 6 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
