Ingredients

Pantry

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 15-oz can Tomato Sauce

  • 1 package Spaghetti Seasoning

  • 1 lb Spaghetti Pasta

Fridge and Freezer

  • 1 lb Ground Beef, thawed

  • 1 cup Parmesan (optional)

  • 1 Salad Kit

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. Heat a large saucepan or electric skillet over medium-high heat (300 degrees F in an electric skillet). Peel and chop the onion.

  2. Cook the ground beef and onions until browned. Stir in 3 ½ cups water, tomato sauce and spaghetti seasoning. Bring to a boil.

  3. Break the spaghetti pasta into pieces and add to the pan. Cover pan, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking.

  4. When spaghetti is tender, top with parmesan cheese (omit for dairy-free). Divide into 6 equal portions and serve. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
