PB&J Overnight Oats

These PB&J Overnight Oats are a creamy, no-cook breakfast inspired by the nostalgic flavors of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Made with chia seeds, oats, and layered with jam, they’re perfect for meal prep and busy mornings.

Ingredients

Pantry

  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter (or alternative)

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds

Fridge and Freezer

  • 3 cups Milk

  • 1 basket Blueberries

  • ½ cup Jelly

  • ¼ cup Pancake Syrup

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds and oats with 3 cups of milk (or milk alternative). Stir in peanut butter (or other nut or seed butter) until no lumps remain.

  2. Pour about one cup of oat mixture into each of 6 bowls or jars. Add a dollop of jam to each jar. Divide the remaining oat mixture into the jars.

  3. Chill, covered, in the refrigerator overnight before serving, topped with fresh blueberries. This recipe makes 6 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
