Peach Cobbler

This easy Peach Cobbler is a warm, comforting breakfast made with only 6 ingredients! Baked until golden and bubbly, it’s served with a dollop of flavored yogurt for a creamy finish. This shortcut recipe keeps prep simple without sacrificing flavor.

Ingredients

Pantry

  • 2 ½ cups Yellow Cake Mix

  • ⅓ cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 ½ tsp Cornstarch

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Fridge and Freezer

  • 1 bag Frozen Peaches

  • 1 tbs Lemon Juice

  • ¾ cup Butter

  • 1 large container Flavored Yogurt

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13” cake pan or large casserole dish.

  2. Pour peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and lemon juice into the prepared pan and stir to combine.

  3. Sprinkle 2 ½ cups cake mix over the peaches. Cut the butter into small pieces and sprinkle over the cake mix.

  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly, rotating halfway through baking.

  5. Serve cobbler with yogurt on top or on the side. This recipe makes 6 servings, each with ½ cup yogurt. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
