Pepperoni Pizza
This classic Pepperoni Pizza is a quick and satisfying meal with a crispy crust, melty mozzarella, and savory pepperoni. Baked to golden perfection and served with a fresh side salad, it’s a crowd-pleaser for pizza night.

1 jar Pizza Sauce
Fridge and Freezer
1 ball of Pizza Dough (or GF crust)
1 8-oz bag Mozzarella
1 6-oz bag Pepperoni
1 Salad Kit
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. If using a gluten free pizza crust, follow package instructions for baking. Otherwise, bring the dough to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Grease a pizza pan or large baking sheet.
If using a gluten-free crust, follow package instructions. Otherwise, on a lightly floured clean surface, spread the pizza dough using your hands or a rolling pin into a 12-inch circle. Carefully move the crust to the prepared pan. Top with sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
Bake the pizza on a baking sheet for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
Meanwhile, assemble the salad kit. When pizza is done, cut into 8 pieces and serve with salad on the side. Two pieces = 1 serving. Recipe makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
