1 jar Pizza Sauce
Fridge and Freezer
⅔ cup Milk
1 6-oz package Pepperoni
1 8-oz bag Mozzarella
5 tbs Butter
3 Eggs

Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. In a medium bowl, cut 5 tbs butter into a baking mix with two butter knives or a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in milk and eggs until soft dough forms. Drop half of the dough by spoonfuls evenly in the bottom of the baking dish (dough will not completely cover the bottom of the dish).
Drizzle half of the pizza sauce over the dough. Arrange half of the pepperoni slices evenly over sauce. Top with half of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining dough, sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
Bake for 22 to 26 minutes or until golden brown, biscuits in center are cooked and cheese in center is bubbly.
Assemble salad kit. Serve the pizza bake with salad on the side. This recipe makes 6 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
