Pork Shawarma Hummus Bowl
These Pork Shawarma Hummus Bowls are a vibrant, Middle Eastern-inspired meal featuring spiced pork, garlicky marinated vegetables, and creamy hummus. Served with warm pita on the side, each bowl is packed with bold flavors and satisfying textures.

¼ Red Onion
2 Tomatoes
1 tbs Greek Spice Blend
1 tbs Olive Oil
1 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
6 Pitas (optional)

2 Cucumber
1 lb diced Pork, thawed
6 servings Hummus
1 tbs minced Garlic
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Wash and dry produce. Peel, seed and chop the cucumbers. Chop the tomatoes. Peel and chop the onion.
Combine the chopped veggies in a medium bowl. Stir in the garlic, and the red wine vinegar and olive oil.
Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork, stirring occasionally. Add the seasoning and some salt and pepper to taste, then continue to cook until browned.
Divide the hummus into 4-6 bowls (4 for gluten-free, 6 for regular). Top with the pork and marinated veggies, and serve each portion with a pita (omit for gluten-free). This recipe makes 4-6 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
