  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice

  • ½ Pecans (optional)

Fridge and Freezer

  • ¼ cup Pancake Syrup

  • ½ cup canned Pumpkin

  • 3 ½ cups Milk

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. Add the oats, pumpkin spice, and 3 ½ cups of milk (or alternative) to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency is reached, about 3-5 minutes.

  2. Stir in the ½ cup pumpkin (keep the rest in a labeled, sealed container in the fridge for later use) and ¼ cup pancake syrup until heated through, about 1 minute.

  3. Serve immediately, garnished with nuts, if desired.
