Sesame Shrimp

Ingredients

Pantry

  • 2 Limes

  • 2 cups White Rice

  • 1 tbs Sesame Seeds

Fridge and Freezer

  • ½ cup Sesame Dressing

  • 1 lb raw peeled Shrimp, thawed

  • 1 lb Frozen Broccoli

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water. Wash and cut limes into wedges. Peel shrimp (if needed). Always wash hands before and after handling shrimp.

  2. Cook rice using a rice cooker or the video.

  3. Cook broccoli according to package directions.

  4. Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in ½ cup sesame dressing and the sesame seeds; cook, uncovered, until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

  5. Serve the shrimp over rice, with broccoli, and squeeze lime juice on top. This recipe makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
