Spaghetti and Meatballs
This Spaghetti and Meatballs is a classic, family-friendly dinner featuring tender beef meatballs simmered in rich spaghetti sauce and served over a bed of pasta. With a side salad for freshness, it’s a well-rounded meal ready in just 30 minutes.

1 tbs Italian Seasoning
¼ cup Breadcrumbs
1 can Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb Spaghetti Pasta
Fridge and Freezer
1 lb Ground Beef, thawed
1 Egg
1 Salad Kit
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Place a large pot ¾ full of water on the stove on high heat. When the water starts boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, then carefully drain.
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian seasoning, 1 egg, and the breadcrumbs (omit for gluten-free). Form into 1” meatballs (always wash hands before and after handling raw meat).
Heat the spaghetti sauce in a medium saucepan on the stove over medium-high heat. Drop the meatballs into the sauce and cook, covered, until meatballs are cooked through, 10-20 minutes.
Prepare the salad kit.
Serve pasta topped with meatballs and sauce. Serve the salad on the side. Makes 6 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
