2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
¼ cup Chia Seeds
Fridge and Freezer
2 cups Milk
¼ cup Pancake Syrup
4 cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 basket Strawberries
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water. Wash strawberries, cut off the stems, and slice.
To a large mixing bowl, add 4 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt, oats, chia seeds, 2 cups of milk, pancake syrup, and the sliced strawberries; stir well to combine.
Cover with lid and place in fridge, for at least 4 hours, or overnight. This recipe makes 4 servings. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
